Research on the Self confidence Training of Higher Vocational Students Based on Group Motivation

Combing the existing scientific research achievements and literature, based on in-depth understanding of psychological characteristics vocational college students, we designed a self-confident group counseling program for recruited 56 randomly divided them into two groups to carry out short-term long-term counseling, with total time 16 hours: 2 days, 8 hours day; Long distance once week, each time, consecutive weeks. Through qualitative quantitative analysis effectiveness dynamic factors are studied.
